oookkkkkkkk. Finally saw Reloaded. SO am up to speed now. Understand the architect shit and everything.
Now i cna ask a few more questions. What is the deal with Neo killing machines? Can he control them too now (re: ending of Reloaded)?
Also, didnt Neo choose the door that would cause the Matrix to crash? So what happens, the architect just decides to fix the matrix, and then let everyone go?

How do the machines survive?
How do we know that "Real world" is not just another Matrix where Neo also has power there? .. OR Neo is a genetic anomaly who can control electronic circuits... Neo seems to view the real world - when he is blind - much the same as he views the Matrix. Its all very strange.
Overall teh movie was OK. I don't like where they took the movie on this one. They tried to tie in to much religious content to em and that just made it corny. Allow me to explain. The 3 movies are basically a big retelling of jesus in a futuristic way. Neo is teh one, the messiah and the onyl one who can save mankind. In the end he sacrifices himself and dies to save teh rest of mankind so through his death all were saved.. like jesus. And when Neo dies after saving the machines and humans the Main Robot Orb thign says "It is dont" now the last words jesus said b4 dyign on the cross were "It is done" and with that he laid his head down and died. And also at teh end with the scene between the Oracle and the Architect teh architect says " What do you think I am human?" leading all back to this. If you think about it the Oracle was God and the Architect was the Devil. The Oracle was just God offering guidance to Neo (jesus).
The movie was ok. I seriously wasnt expecting much.
But I dont know if I have the wrong conclusion, but in my understanding, the Architect just restarted the Matrix in it's 8th version ( ot 7th I dunno ).... so technically... there will come a time where a new Neo will be unplugged from the Matrix, find out about his powers, fight smith, etc etc etc......
My complaints:
Why does it take Tritinity, with 4-5 metal cords that are 1" with thick going through different parts of her body ( 2 of them being right in the chest ) 3 minutes to die?!?!? I mean she could've had a fucking lifetime conversation where most would just die. I hate the need for tragic love scenes...
Also, one thing started to make me wonder..... the Matrix was created to create an illusion to humans while they would be used as batteries for the machines. If Smith took over a human, wouldnt that kill the human and the battery? So if he took over the whole Matrix like he did..... wouldnt all of the energy source for machines come to an end and they would've been long gone?
Persephone, the most amazing woman in the movie.... only had 1 line... and that "she can do that because she's in love" made her look as if she didnt get sex in a lifetime...... that was lame
The final fight with Smith started good..... 1 minute later it became too Dragon Ball Z-ish... I mean that was gay.... ruined the fight. What's next? Neo will yell Kamehameha and a beam will come out of his hands.
Now the BIGGEST let down of the movie is that if anyone watched Reloaded, they would've already known the ending.
My review from 0 to 10: 6
Good movie..... not AWSOME.... but good movie.
There was so much more htey coudl haev doen with it and i feel likwe they didnt try. Imean evrythign was exactly how it seemed in the teh second matrix. Smtih really came into the reall world, it was teh real zion, neo really did use his powers in the real world. People started making complicated possibilities cuz they expected such acomplicated twist and most will feel stupdi for jumping to these elaborate ideas.
Not too impressed. I read an article interviewing the Warchowski?(totally wrong) brothers and they said that the 2nd Matrix was better than the first and the 3rd was better than the second. I think it was backwards. I rate them going 1,2,3. The first one is still best in my book. I can practically recite every line in the first one, seen the second one 3 times, and just watched the last one. A little disappointed.
:(
apparently during the fight there is a line where smith rehashes "everything that has a beginning must have an end" must mean that when neo is killed agent smith has no purpose, and had to be deleted (something stated by the oracle in the second).
I guess it might make sense if they were all watched very close to eachother. Then you could catch how the 3 movies tied in.
In the first one, there was no nonsense. No cheesy parts. Then the second one had Neo pulling the bullet out of Trinity and so on. The third one got a little silly. The part that I thought was really cheesy was when that kid jumped into the machine thingy and tried to open the gate. He yelled something about Neo and believing. Give me a break.
