The e30 sub frame bolts are (after a fashion) held in double shear. There are plates that triangulate off of the belly pan to rocker panel bead.
...Is this enough?
There is some flex back there and I have been told this is slowing things down on track times.
I have seen braces for the rear subs built for the Z3...They look like they were designed by a Briggs and Straton lawnmower engineer.
The question here is:
Should Evolution Zen / Mason Engineering turn our attention to this and develop The killer rear brace for the E30?
