If no fuel was being burned, the engine wouldn't run dip shit.

Funny, I can turn the engine OFF and it will continue to turn going down hill (on a manual transmission). I happen to have had an O-scope hooked to my fuel signal for most of the past 3 months developing my fuel signal conversion board and witnessed it in real time. The signal goes away. Completely. The cut-out was causing a timer overflow in my code. Problem now fixed.
