You drive 100 miles a day, 87 octane is like $4.50 a gallon, the 325e gets 27-30mpg, is cheap to work on, reliable as hell, and you want to drive a gas guzzling V12 that costs a fortune to work on? I mean, if the guy who paid $100k for it back in 1991 couldn't afford to maintain it, why do you want to try?

haha...that was an easy choice.
money is an issue to a point...it will be a graduation present from college for keeping anything above a 3.8, so my parents would buy the car, but i would have to fix it. So that ides is gone now.
And im not really trying ot keep miles of my eta...i could care less, but i bought it from someone who riced it out, and they took all of the carpet and shit out...and it is annoying as hell. I just think it would be nice to have a comfy ride once in a while
so i looked at some mini's but i want an old one...however those are un-existant in missouri. However i saw some 2002's...
or maybe an e36?
i also have a $5,000 Monte Carlo to sell if i need parts moneysigpic

Buy a sport interior from someone parting their car and some new OEM carpet. For $1000 you'd have the interior that won't be annoying to you and you'll still have some cash to put into the bank for a rainy day.

id rather buy a whole new e30 rather than doin that...
cause it would still just be a shitty eta. The only way i would ever do anything to my car that costs much at all would be to go 2.7turbo
but honestly can you use the stock ecu with only like 5psi? cause i dont wanna hassle with MS, and i dont want a lot more power...just something to have fun with. and if i do all that i just as well start driving my old Monte, cause at least that things shits n' getsall the while getting 19mpgsigpic
