Looks like it is going to be a project. But it might be fun. With the condition it is in everything is going to be suspect. If I was you. I put together a plan. Start making a list and setting a budget. If you are going to do a full rebuild just strip it down. Check for rust, etc.

It is going to be a lot of fun. Remeber there are very few cheap repairs on these cars and there are no cheap repairs on the engine. You got it for a grand. The $15K rule will still apply to you.
