s14 also came in 323iS and later 325iS in South Africa.

                BOOO ON YOU Mr. Anderson

e21 also came as a 320/6. It was an m20b20 engine.

You sure about that? I was under the impression that SA got the 333i (M30 B33 from a 733i). Other than the E30 M3, I believe the only other car that got an S14 was Italy and Portugal's 320is.

OH another fun fact. 95 m3 in US didn't have an S50. S50 was the euro engine with individual throttles and many other upgrades. For Americans they just put some of those parts on an m50 engine and shipped them to us. What a freaking shame.

                      based off that logic...

                      Where is the 325is? or the 88 325? ;)

RealOEM is nowhere near complete or accurate. We all know this.

I simply posted that link to note that the models 524td, 525td, and 525tds are all listed... but no 518td/tds. Isn't that interesting.

                        Your move sir.

Negative, the S50B30-US has no parts from the S50B30 Euro motor. They are completely different. The S50B30 derived from the m50b25, just with a larger capacity, and more aggressive cams.

                          Still a shame though.

I am sure, because i think it was on r3v that there were debates about how those cars were either tagged wrong or some one swapped engines, but they were originals.

Right, but I was showing YOU sir, that not ALL models are listed on RealOEM.

Interesting, I wasn't aware SA got any S14's.

Didn't they also have some 325is Evo II as well, with a vamped up M20?
