I'm talking to the claims adjuster guy whatever and he and my father and I are going to try and agree on a fair price. What should I tell him on the Euro Bumpers?

Good question? I have not had to deal with an insurance adjuster in over 16 years so I can't tell you or help on this matter. Besides they gave me full value and then option to buy it back for $250.

That was great because I had already had a new replacement ride lined up.

Wow. I am sorry. When my brother was rear-ended in my car we had a headache trying to get the car fixed. Total bill was just over $6300. Ouch!

My thoughts would be to go to a 318is.

I'm not going to get 7k, my insurance is through USAA, but since SHE is at fault, her insurance is dealing with everything, and hers is some local place.

Greg, I would love if they gave me the vaule of the car and an option to buy it back. That is what I really want!

in 1980 I had a 72 2002 I literally replaced it one piece at a time, I had over 7k worth of reciepts from Zipper BMW. A drunk woman sideswiped it, tearing the gas filler side rear fender & causing the car to explode. The fire wall worked in reverse, nothing left but the engine/front suspension. I got every penny in reciepts. The car was unpainted, had a thrashed interior & MIGHT have brought 2k if I was lucky.

Yea, i have all my reciepts, even for work done on the car when I didn't even own it, like 2,000 worth of head work. I should find out monday how much they will give me.
