I've been needing to get emissions done for a week or two finally got around to it this morning. Here are my readings:
(test)......(reading1)-(allowed)-(reading2)-(allowed)
HC ppm - 00000 - 00168 - 00000 - 00173 - Passed Both
CO % - 0.00 - 1.08 - 0.00 - 0.98 Passed Both
No ppm - 01548 - 01208 - 01608 - 01323 - Failed Both
RPM - 2472 - 1.5k to 3k - 2585 - 1.5k to 3k - Passed Both
CO+CO2% - 13.5 - 6.0min - 13.7 - 6.0min - Passed Both
Now what I don't understand is how I can get flat 0's readouts for the first two tests. And also what does the "no ppm" mean? I passed with flying colors last year and now this? All I have done is a can of seafoam to get rid of sketchy idle(like 4 months ago) and been running 91 octane through it to help pass this, which apparently didnt help. And of course the idiot that closed the hood bent the damned arm that the hood shock is connected to which didnt help with the failure(
). Any Ideas?
