I actually know a bit about this one thanks to my friends Jack (Jax S50 here) and Saliya (www.euromcars.com.) Saliya sold him the blue M5...the listing is still here on his site.
The guy's name was Andrew and unfortunately soon after he bought the blue car from Saliya he had a massive heart attack and died. :( Now his Dad is liquidating his estate. You can't be too hard on him, he's selling his dead son's possessions for crying out loud. How'd you like to do that?
It's a sad story, especially since he was such an enthusiast and nice guy.

Wow I am glad you shed some light on this. Seemed suspicous to me, but since you know the story behind it, I am going to delete my first post so not to feel and seem like a total ass and ruin a possible sell for him...
