    $14,311

If you had $14,311...what would you buy?

Over the first two years of e30 ownership (the modding frenzy), I mostly paid for upgrades with money orders. I saved most of them and just came across them. Upon adding them all up, the total:

    $14,311.00

This does not include all the credit card orders and orders from major suppliers. I shudder to think at what I really have in this fucking car.

At least I had fun and now am doing better things with what I bring in now.

I should have about that much invested in my car total in about 3 weeks.

Around here that woudnt even get me a clean E30 M3. There really isnt anything I can think of that would be that much or that little.
          Im now E30less.

                  Following the $15K rule for acquiring a solid E30 M3, you're short just $689. I think that's what I would've done. That or what Ken suggested: a nice 911SC.

And believe it or not, the latter would be cheaper to maintain over the long run :!:

The fact is that you didn't have the 14K$ it once or a moment, so that money doesn't lot's of money, I mean, yes it is, I spended like $16K in my Jeep too but in 3 year I think, and I wondered the same once, what can I do with 16K , the fact is that I don't have it niether had it to spend it somewhere

                      Sick. I'd go for 1431 $10 whores......

Dude, I saw Mike 91 318ic costs on bimmerforums. And some of you are nuts. Like Ted. And C///M Chris.

                      Damn all you guys. I *think* I am under 6K....in a year.....on top of PO's $ for GC's.....

But honestly, if I had $14,000.....I'd go for my new dream ride for the moment: Mtech-II cabby 5spd, with a TCD I/C kit, and 17" Alpinas Kopis.

Considering what you've done to the car (M50, vaders, M Coupe suspension, M Tech 2), that's not a bad amount. Try buying a new car with comprable performance for the price. You can't. Heck, you gotta spend more than twice that amount just to get into a RWD car.

Now, had you gone to the car's current configuration, you would've spent less. But the evolution is half the fun.
