Agreed, if not an E34 525i (M50) or 535i, then I'd just as well pick up a E32 735iA and swap in a G265. Preferably a super base E32 with as few electronic "luxuries" as possible.

Thank you. Hopefully it all checks out ok. I gotta fix some lighting on it. Right rear running light, right turn, and instrument cluster lights dont work. Gotta have some techs here fix it.

It's a lot easier to make a list of BMW's that I wouldn't own than those I would consider buying. One reason they remain my favorite car company. I find it ironic that the year 2002 was basically when BMW began to change their game for the worse. Nice to hear that they're getting back to their roots though.
