Will an m10 long block fit in the trunk of an e30?

Valve cover to oil pan, w/o manifold and all?

    I don't want to borrow a truck if I don't have to.

It may without the spare tire. Just a thought, I've never seen an M10 in person.

I think it would, if not it would in the back seat for sure. With plenty of towels.

Don't want to break my back bending when trying to get it in and out of the back seat.... trunk would be easier with a lift I think...

Remove the passenger seat and try putting the block there. Bring some old blankets or towels and cover up your interior.

Jean, yes, it will fit. You may need to remove the manifolds though. Along with this, you can also fit an M50 long block in the backseat and a Mercury 150 inline-6 outboard in the passenger floorpan. Seriously! : )~

PS--don't forget to put the spare tire in the backseat!

I put a fuel-injected M10 into the back seat of an Audi 80 (1988) once, using a cherry picker engine crane and just sliding it in. its the m10 currently in my 02 as a matter of fact! ;)

That's what an e34 Touring is for
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.
