We actually have several successful chips for the s14...

Call the shop and ask for chris.

Prove to me that they are successful via dyno graph. This is the only thing I'd ask you on the phone. Without a dyno plot, there is little chance you've sold more than a couple...no-name chips don't find their way into s14's very often...

What power gains do you claim with these? I just ordered an iigo chip 2 days ago for the red car...

Ok let me straighten some things out. If you read the whole thread you will see that I was mistaken with the number of 30 hp. I admit thqat I was mistaken but I am not the one coming up with these numbers, my boss is. I'm just forewarding the info to you guys. Then I said that it will benifit 20-25 hp at the crank. Which is not real WHP.

So before you come on here and tell me to GTFO and that I'm a bullshitter why not save that for a failure. I have not failed yet so you have no shit talking to do here. I am simply trying to provide for my fellow R3vers. I don't care if one person believes me we will see real numbers no later that the 14th of december. However, I will be Dynoing my car on saturday before and after chipped.

Please guys, don't call me a liar and a cheat and all that shit. I'm not here to fuck with you guys. I'm here to provide for you and get some insight. Not to have people call me a liar. And those were not FOR SURE numbers. They are GOALS.

A couple things:

1) Stop. It's clear that you have no idea what you are talking about here. You are trying to market a chip via secondhand, unsubstantiated claims. Seriously, stop.

Have your boss provide you with good clean information before you try to explain your product. The more nonsense and hearsay you provide, the less people that will buy your chip.

2)I call trying to market a chip without proof of your claims when the results are so easy to verify a big failure. Just because you may not know that you failed doesn't mean that you didn't. You will continue to have failed until you provide a dyno chart, at which time you will likely fail again as your "GOALS" are pretty lofty.

3)You're not here to provide for us. You're here to provide business for you. We aren't idiots and realize that if there was no money to be made you wouldn't be marketing your chips...

Yes I know this. I'm sorry for the confusion. But all you guys that are too far to make it to the dyno day will see and hear from guys on this forum what kind of real gains we will see. We are raffling off one chip to an eta owner and one chip to an i owner. :D

^^fair enough. Your boss should have recognized how unrealistic those numbers were though. And many people are concerned about longevity as well, which might require compromises that will bring your total gains down. Good luck, we're waiting to see if you/your boss can reinvent the m20, because there's a lot of reputable, smart people working to get gains like what you claim.

OK so how is it possible for MarkD to make more than 5hp on an m20 with only a chip? You guys have never heard of RMS. I have never heard of MarkD. I'm sure Mark is right on this one. And he has more of a rep than me on this I am assuming.

Oh and Shift, how do YOU know that this is not possible?

I've been in the game long enough to have seen that an off the shelf chip is not going to net you a real 30hp extra out of a 325i. Going off the shelf you can't get the max out of each car because you have to have some factor of safety since all engines are not created equal nor are they run in similar conditions. Chip tuning is nothing revolutionary.
