Besides, why are people always comparing cars to those of people on forums? For example, people saying Kopis and Ronals are played out. I live in perhaps the most E30-infested city, and I have yet to see either wheel in person. Just because 5 people on a forum have the same wheel as me, if I did care about originality, what does it matter? The closest one is probably a time zone away anyways.

I'm serious, this shit is retarded. Robert thinks black wheels with a silver lip are played............I could care less. My friend has some HRE's on his E46 M3 and his wheels are so sick.

Rob, do you REALLY think most people like black wheels for the ease, or that they are popular now and everyone and their mom are planning on rocking them? The slim few run black so not to clean them. And then some have could have silver and rock gunmetal from not cleaning them. :P

Bottlecaps are one thing, because they much better black w/ lip.....but why start spray painting aftermarket rims to look cool?

That said, my bent basketweaves....with silver paint coming off will be gold.....after I sell the center caps to get $ for paint. ;)

dark silver centers are played out.. there must have been 4 E30s at the PNW E30 picnic with wheels painted like mine. so I'm going to repaint my wheels bright pink with yellow centercaps. :roll:

I'll probably spray my bottlecaps black for the winter.. don't really care what they look like. I just don't want to have to wash them when there's a 70mph northeaster blowing and there's a foot of snow on the ground.

I agree, I've seen jweb's Ronal E30 and one Kopi E30 around here. I have never seen narago, but I love that look, so reguardless, I'm going with that.
