I am lost as to why the intake manifold on that green rabbit is reversed compared to my 1.8t. or maybe I am not looking at it correctly. My TB is on the passenger side of the intake manifold, and my airbox is on the driver's side. In the pic above it looks like they are both on the driver's side....

^ I am guessing they used the TT mani so they could run the intercooler piping where they wanted to or it really is a 1.8t from a TT with a vw cover on it. who knows.
