This pic was about 6 months ago, have it in the shop too, seperating the pan and body, gonna be a basic cal look rebuild with the 1887 I have already rebuilt ready to go in for some dual dellarto's to be graced atop! This was my first car, got it at 15 and got it "going" just in time for my license, drove it all thru high school......

and these need some work to be brought into their glory again, but I have these stashed away off a porsche 912 I parted out.....

Hey question - that bug I was looking at had a stick shift but no clutch. I think I remember something about that being some sort of special transmission - or am I crazy? WTF is it?

The shell was fairly clean and the interior was presentable. Plus it was only $250. I don't really need another project anyways to be honest. I've just always wanted a VW. Preferably a thing.

I spotted this unique Volkswagen camper in East Brewton, Alabama. The cab is made from the front of a T1 van. The camper is made from a T3 Westfalia bodyshell. This vehicle is powered by a modern, rear-mounted, VW TDI diesel engine. The owner says the camper body can be removed and the vehicle can be used as a flat-bed truck.
