brought it up because i'm excited. but i'm not concerned about it "getting away."
I guess it really is a barn find being a complete coincidense.
Just some guy was helping me find a scraper, he wondered what i was working on and he described what he used to drive. Its been sitting in their back yard for a few years now and his mom wants it gone.
Its not listed and probably would have sit there until it was nothing, if given the chance that I hadnt exhanged conversation.
I'll not post about this again until i have something to show you guys. (hopefully thats saturday)Comment

Damn, you wouldn't survive in Amish country!
There's a white e30 M3 sitting in an alley about 5 miles from me. Uncovered. Rusting. Owner refuses to sell. He has no idea what the car is worth, in historical value or its current condition value.
I have a savings account specifically for this car, for when the fucker decides to unload it. It's already busted up, I don't have the funds for an M3 rebuild, so it will become a track car. Better then sitting in an alley, amirite?Comment

As awesome as a $500 M3 would be, I'm going to have to jump on the 1984 318i train.Comment
