Who in the fuck would go to the trouble of swapping a completely stock 1.8T?!
It's my guess that the guy meant a somewhat modded 1.8T.

Im talking about a stock motor. If your talking about modding on top of the swap then shure it could be fast. I saw a gti 1.8t with bigger turbo, intake, chip, exaughst system, and some other bolt on. He ran somewhere in the 13 to 14 rang.Leave a comment:

8.4 litre McLaren Can-Am V8.
Or from the BMW family it would have to be some sort of mighty 4-banger. Either a 2.3 litre DTM S14 variant or an S42 preferably. No turbo non-sense. Just high-revving high-compression high-octane.. noise.Leave a comment:

265hp and 258lb/ft. that must've been a special edition e30 you're thinking of. and every brand has lemons. don't think every bmw made has been a perfect car.Leave a comment:

E-lectric  mounted low, vw/porsche transaxle, few batteries and capacitors, all mounted low, and a diesel generator to charge said setup, move all the weight down low, best of both worlds, fuel economy and power.Leave a comment:
