Non-E30 tech question: '91 Nissan pickup

    if it is anything like the E30, you can just tighten the nut down more to press it onto the splines. That's what I did with mine, and they are working great now.

      That was exactly the problem, I don't know why I didn't check that first. How often the simple solution will elude us.

      I lifted the little covers over the splines, and both nuts were spun almost completely off of the splines. Tightened them back down, and disco!
