libelle is dragonfly in german.
guess i can make it a long story.
in one of my more memorable years, ... lets say i was stranded in strange place for several months. The location where i was living had been invaded by dragonflies. It was so surreal. I would walk out into the yard and they would darting by by the dozzens. Hold my arms out and they would line up and land on every free location... like they were interested to visit. It seemed that they were comfortable around me because I was able to pick them up and have them walk finger to finger.
Then i moved and have been there every year since and its never been like that one summer.
Also found their anatomy extremely interesting. Internals suspended in fluid to withstand the enormous amount of G's that they can create. The German airforce developed the suit that performs the same purpose for jet pilots so the blood doesnt all rush away from their head.
Anyway, the interest hasnt left and neither has the name.

the avatar is of my own concoction. it defines my roots in that my entire family is german and my brother and i are the first generation. A german eagle mixed with kellogs rooster.

Mine is the description of plural amount of E30's. In a more "urban" style of spelling. haha. I made it up when I was 19-20 whilst I was still more of a thuggish-type person. Im 28 now. I always stuck with it in any of the forums I participated in for ease and for recognition purposes.
