Well not really... A crank scraper is for kind of a different purpose.

I don't know if anyone else has, but so far I have never had oil starvation problems with the m20s (not like we did with the S14 for sure... Ker-Pow in the curves).

How about a Zen/DCColegrove piƱata? Some will surely buy and enjoy that....

I would be game for a M/S5x oil pan baffle

How about a cheaper solution to a oil cooler setup for the M/S5x e30 swap guys?

most of us tracking the m20s see OP drops in hard left handers. and for this purpose the crank scraper will definitely help. yes, i know it also reduces inertia on the crank but if you look at the one from ishihara johnson it has an added blade that shunts the oil to the side of the pan.

+1. it's a concern. (although it'd be a good reason to upgrade like charlie when the M20 breaks)

Not enough of a M42 performance market really... most of the stuff in my last two were leftovers under the bench from a past decade.

All of the stuff we (not Mason and I, but Marx and I) used for M42 ITBs, Alloy Rods...Etc... is now 100% NLA.

Just not enough of us truly psychotic sickos left...

Yes a scraper will throw the oil down to the pan...

No haven't seen the one you are talking about.

                Hard lefts?

                Hmmm.

That could be solved with a gated baffle.

(just because I never had the problem doesn't mean it's not there)

Granted, I haven't done a swap yet, or flogged one around a track, but it would seem to me that relocating the oil pump/pickup could cause oil starvation, and especially for the Euro motors.

I would be all over a swap baffle/euro-S50-ish setup....once I get to the swap part of the project.
Of the 'real' S50 swaps I've seem, the majority of them have seen hard track time with little to no worries, Ian Haynes especially comes to mind, he was probably one of the first people in the world to do the swap nearly 8 years ago, and his car is still running strong after many trips to the nurburgring and bombing down runways etc etc.

Any one else see a need or have input on this one?

True... Not my thing... If I didn't need lights to be legal, I'd throw them away to save weight ;)

One of the guys here just brought something up, I looked on your website but didn't see it. But do you still offer or would you again offer intakes like the ones on Tim Taka's car?
