Hello there. I am about to depart on my way to pick up my 3rd (and best of yet) e30. I am very excited about this new purchase for i think it will be the one e30 that will be with me the longest. ANYWAYS...is it bad for me to tell all that i am getting a new car before i actually get my signature on it??? From the sounds of it to me... its a done deal...i just have to stop typing, walk out my door..and go pick up my new car

wish me luck on my adventures....i cant wait to get back in an e30....

youre going to report this to insurance? its a hit and run, and i can only assume that you dont have full coverage on the car. only thing they will do is raise your rates

i found the woman who did this...so my rates will not go up because she completley admitted fault...and i had nothing to do with it all...my insurance even told me this

what you pay for your car? my car has 80,000 original miles...77k when i bought it...1650 too much?? i see these cars go for 2-3 atleast all the time when like 130k+...


no rust....custom power seats with mem funtion....oz stockers...clean under hood...clean interior...drives like new...

since you were hit on private property you could still get screwed.
in AZ the police will not go onto private property to issues a ticket in a "minor collision" other than forcing the woman to give you her insurance and admit to causing the damage, did they issue her a ticket?

if not you could be in for a fight with her company, in AZ they like to pull a "dutch treat" meaning you are both at fault for being in the parking lot......WTF?????? so you pay for the damages to my car and i will pay for the damages to yours. i found out about this the hard way when some fucking kid hit me as i was backing out of a space at a strip mall by my house. his company (progressive) never even took a statement from me. i end up paying to fix my won car out of my pocket minor damage, then fighting for 6 months to get reimbursed by progressive. my insurance paid to have the whole side of his 1983 Eldorado fixed and he fucking hit me!

just be aware and look into it so you don't get fucked
