The tire puncture certainly did not help Rubins, thats not to say it cost him the race. Just dumb luck that has always come around for Rubins at Brazil. I would of rather seen him win yesterday than win the championship

I'm not feeling bad for Rubinho because I wanted it to go to the final race, I don't really care about Bernie's pet project, Abu Dhabi.(though I might if it turns out to be a good track which is doubtful)
Rubinho is kinda like the Red Socks until recently or the Cubs, it would have been an extremely special moment if he had won the whole thing. I am not a Button fan either so I was hoping for Vettel or Rubinho to say the least.

As for a battle between Vettel or Rubinho for 2nd place? I don't think they care at all about that, they will only care about how they finish the race since it isn't for the championship anymore. I find it kinda funny though for the 3rd year in a row, McLaren and Ferrari are separated by 1 point after Interlagos.

Let's be realistic folks.. the tire puncture wasn't what killed Rubens' chances of winning the race. His performance was pretty sub-par, constantly being below the pace. (Until the tire puncture happened.... 3/4 of the race already completed)

People are "feeling bad" for Rubens because they wanted to see a fight for the championship in the final race.

I think Trulli freaked out because he knows he almost died. From the replay, after he spun from exiting the turn on the grass, he was headed perpendicular to traffic, straight into the wall. Halfway across the track, he clipped someone (I guess it was Sutil) and it sent him into the wall at a much better angle. If he had hit that wall straight on it would have been every bit as massive an impact as Kubica's crash in Canada a couple years ago.

agree. i have no idea what trulli was thinking when he made that boneheaded move anyways.. let alone throwing a tantrum literally on the track.

Yeah, he put in an entertaining performance. His blocking on the straights was pretty rookie, but he brought it to the regulars a couple of times.

Congrats to Button for finally sealing the deal.

Now this was a great race! Great driving by Jenson. Good job by Webber, Kubica and Vettel moved up from the back nicely as well!

    Poor Rubens.

Hell yeah he was, hope to see him in the car again at the end of the month, no offense to Glock.
