    Uhh, that's the stock valence. he just painted the part that is normally black red.

      yeah its the stock valance, for some reason maaco decided to de-texture it, i dont mind.:)

          thought I'd give everyone my 2 cents should anyone go this route. I just had my rear valence de texture and painted this week. I would think twice before doing this because dexturing will show the factory weld marks on the corner of the valence as illustrated above. once painted, it'll look like tacky overspray in that area.

            That's why you don't be lazy. Grind the welds smooth if you're concerned. Skim coat, prime, paint.
