Dildos. Lot's of dildo's. They could sell well in this economy if the bottom had a stash spot for valued items.

Can anyone think of anything that they would like to have made, and would be something that would be worthwhile manufacturing.

bolt on hubs.. I think if there mad out of steel There wouldnt be a problem. some high grade steel, I wouldn't be to worried. then again you could pay someone that has a fuckn pile 318 or something to test them.
I would ask A rally enthusiast to try them out. Offer two sets, one to test, one to keep and see how it goes, If it works sell them to us. It will make the real 5 lug havin people be that much cooler.
Pretty much they will fly like a volvo lip.

Can anyone think of anything that they would like to have made, and would be something that would be worthwhile manufacturing. My brother has access to gear cutting machines at work. Right now he just made a Dogbox conversion for a RX7, so it can involve that stuff.

I'll take suggestions, I'm not setting things in stone, I just want ideas.
One off parts or something he could make lots of to sell?

                      So a few tips:
the best solution would be to adapt an e36 front wheel bearing onto an e30 spindle, this requires a spacer. A previous member tried this and we never saw the end of the operation. the caliper adapter can basically be a verbatim copy of the one on 300mm.de . For the rear, it's pretty simple as only the flanges need to be swapped out from an e30m3 (and i think e36ti?)

They sel this kit, obviously they don't want to tell which parts are used or show the fact that there is a spacer between the hub and kingpin.

                          Step 1: Buy that kit
                          Step 2: Send to China
                          Step 3: Profit

I'd be very interested if the quality meets or exceeds OEM. I'm not intersted in any china stuff.

                                Ya know...

This is way more complex and costly than a lot of people seem to think it is.

If you want to toss out ABS, the Integrity of the knuckle, and a whole host of other things.... Okay fine.
