Any suggestions for similar music, songs -> Daft Punk, et

I'm back to my techno stage again, I've been through rap/hiphop, then alternative rock, but I've returned to techno....

Even though some may not be into it (TJ), anyone have recommendations for music similar to Daft Punk, Crystal Method, or Prodigy?

    thanks

      Aphex Twin - Windowlicker
      " - Vordhosbn
      Squarepusher - Papalon
      " - Port Rhombus
" - Acid Jazz and Trip Hop

Im just trying to think of a few good ones but most of both their songs are pretty dope and technical as fuck.

                hahahaha

this thread made my fucking day :)

uhh, as far as techno, I haven't heard much lately that's been any good. I'm mostly into older stuff, i've listened to too many bad internet rips of shitty techno songs like in that strongbad clip! :)

I don't listen to music to look a certain way. If it makes me look like a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, who cares. I like what I like, you can dig hardcore rock or whatever, if that makes you feel more like a man, or if you just simply enjoy it. I'm not pressing you to listen to my stuff. And Slayer = in my book, at least the songs I just got. Exile sounds like every other song I've heard of that genre. :?

I just enjoy listening to Daft Punk, Prodigy, etc. I don't know of many new stuff that's good, except for "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned."

Although.....I'm starting to think my roommates may not be right, all they lkeis Dave, John Mayer, etc.

Fine -- I still listen to Techno. Btw, Slayer - Exile isn't that good of song. You need older stuff. Reign in Blood.

Anyway, being constructive, I would suggest anything from Orbital. I have seen Orbital and Crystal Method live. Both awesome!

                            thanks, any others?

I've checked out Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Dieselboy, Oakenfold, van Dyk......and like some of them, like "Ready Set Go" by Oakenfold......always liked it, never knew the artist.

And also have the Strongbad techno MP3.

Andy Hunter is probably the best techno I've ever heard.
