    2002ti alpina race car
    700 vert
    concours e30 m3

        Josh, that car is the wallpaper on my phone. They fielded two cars at a vintage race at Miller Motorsports Park over the summer. One had a turbo motor.

        I drooled over them forever!

                Why would BMW release a road car (3.0 CSL) with monolugs?

                They came with 5 stud. The racecars probably had monolugs.

                Love those group 2 arches!

                  The widebody was never sold on the road (5 lug) version.

                          Wow, awesome pics Josh. Was it M88/1 powered, or was it an earlier M30 variant? Either way, very sweet. Here are some pics I took of one at the Limerock Rolex vintage show in 2007, with the obligatory E9 porn:







                          And yes that is a real Warsteiner M3, all those cars are from someone's private collection in Germany. The Formula 2 (I think?) is M12/7 powered.
