        KBB is telling me $7750-9000 depending on condition (fair-excellent). In the nature of a true R3V member, offer $3500 and ask him to deliver it, do the paperwork, and include a written/signed warranty that states the PO is responsible for any mechanical/electrical faults that occur in the next two years.

        Also, if the tires arent good, drop that offer to $3200, cause you will need at least $300 to buy some nice 185/60/15's at Walmart.

            Aside from the NON OEM GOLD over kill, you should check out why the hood and the side of the car does Not Match. The car should show the same about of wear all around. It could have been in a side crash and repainted or rebuilt. $18,500 is way too much for that car. Check and see if all the Matching VIN tags are on every panel.
