I agree with you 100%....Buuuuuuuuuut, the legal issues of doing this could land you in jail or prision for a looooong time.

If I caught someone fucking with one of my cars I don't know what I would do to them. Probably have a few felonies and rot in prison.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. When I bought my latest e30 I took the caps off to drive it home.

True, but then water, debris, and other crap can possibly get in there. It looks much better, and it probably a good idea for auto-x/DE but for daily wear and tear it might not be worth it.

As long as you the the dust caps on your hub spindles, you should be fine. That's a pretty minute thing to worry about.

well, the good thing is you know it had to be another e30 driving douche. i mean, honestly, who else would have any use for a basketweave centercap?

I have a good view of my car from my window, I think I'll keep an eye out with some cameras, and I'll strip his shit when he pulls up, Maybe he will have a Reiger lip

these cost like $200 new from a dealer, and they're really easy to remove. why is it that surprising?

I think that's a horrible reason to run no caps. You may as well run without any lip, on bottlecaps (somebody might steal your wheels!) with plastic covering your leather seats. And god forbid sitting on the leather sofa, you might get it dirty!

Personally, I don't like the look of the caps on mesh wheels. I think I'll sell mine for $175 each and retire RICH. jk

But still, that sucks that someone stole them from your car. Brazen thieves!
