I am going E36 5-Lug so I can use the same wheels/brake pads that my dad's car has. His setup is similar, but w/ M-Roadster rear stuff. I have quite a lot into my setup and am still not finished.

Complete 318ti rear setup and blown Boge E36 M3 strut housings (Used) - $500
    GC Coilover Conversion, 440F/650R (New) - $400
    Koni E36 M3 Front Inserts and E30 Rear Shocks (New) - $560
    E36 M3 Complete Front Brake Conversion (Used) - $225
    '98 M3 Steering Rack (Used) - $150
THR Lollipop CABs (Used) - $130
    ASA AR2s 17x8 et40 w/ 235/40 Falken RT-615 (Used) - $500

I'm nearly at $2500 and I still need to buy 97+ M3 control arms, camber/caster plates, stainless steel brake lines, rear urethane stuff, bumps stops, and various other pieces. Then again, my suspension will be almost brand new.

    HTH.

I think I'm in around $1100 right now. I just need to track down some strut housings. Mine are set up for GC's and I prefer with my current setup.

Solid rotors? That's crazy, I figured pretty much everything that new had vented fronts at least...

Yea I was definitely thinking of replacing those before the swap with some cross drilled/vented rotors depending on how my budget goes.

Bump for anyone who has used these parts and if there were any concerns or tricks I need to know to before trying to bolt it up. Hopefully I will get the control arms in the next week.
