      Nice. Definitely a 1979 model, as the 1980 had a different front spoiler with integrated fog lamps, and a smaller rear rubber spoiler. I had the exact same one in mint condition with same Polaris silver and buffalo leather Recaros, and with a Metric Mechanic 4.0 litre motor. That's the only car I ever regretted selling.

      The only glitch with this e12-based chassis is from the combi-relay which cuts the engine out if deffective. That generation doesn't handle as well as the later e28-based chassis, but it is a head turner...
      Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.
