that sucks, but you really needed comprehensive insurance. but hopefully they cover some of it. I went through a similar situation. a shop that i had look at the damage (cracked oil pan, tore off exhaust, dent fuel tank) said the cities will sometimes cover the cost of the damage if you raise hell. ( good luck in this economy). good luck repairing everything!
