yeah lol, I take it fairly easy there. I'd rather bounce off the limiter in 2nd, than try to shift mid corner. On the other side of the wall is the river... :o

Hawt, my first HPDE was in half rain half shine. It was a good learning experience, as stated.

Buy an '02. It's good for when you run out of shit to fix on an e30.

Love the IX Nando! Love the meaty tires too! :pimp:

Has the AWD system given you any problems? How efficient is it at maintaining traction when you 3 wheel a turn?

I've thought about it from time to time. need to build a nice garage first! And probably a car that I can just drive to work before I have another toy....

no real problems. transfercase is older than dirt too. I just did something a little unorthodox and filled it with redline shock proof instead of ATF. We'll see how it likes it..

I've 3 wheel'd a few times and not really noticed, so I guess it works fine. that was on the old suspension though, that shouldn't be happening anymore!

A bit, but that depends on other factors too, and there were lots of other cars with the same tires (the club is sponsored by Toyo). I lapped the poor guy in the black Porsche, but I never saw the STI's, minis, or any of the other fast cars out there so I think we were all pretty well matched. I usually climb 4-5 spots overall in a wet autox vs dry though.

most of that sound is just my intake.. haha. The video doesn't really do it justice, the difference between it and stock is incredible, especially past 6500rpm :)
