paint your lip red buddy!!! pick up GM dsm #398 brilliant red paint from advance auto or whatever parts store you have locally... around 3 dollar and 1.5 hours

I've seen a red lip on this car for 13 years, I kinda like the change. Maybe I'll get bored and buy another one and paint it red. For now though, I really like it. And it exactly matches the bumper trim, it's not black paint, it's fibreglass gelcoat.
