        so hot.

is the suspension greatly different in a touring? I'm told the rears are quite different in e34 sedans vs tourings

Identical with all E30 models, parts can be taken from any E30.

But theres optional rear levelling system from the factory.. load "gargo" in the trunk and it lifts the rear up.
in my tourings i havent seen it.. neither in my friends touring.

E30 325iX Touring has cooled rear discs, thats only difference i know in Sedan-Touring comparement.

And if you were wondering how did i put the E34 rear diff in this..
Changed the shells.. they are differently connected to rear axle.
Changed E34 rear diffrential insides to E30 rear shells. Typ.188 in both cars only different shells

Coilovers are on the To Do list next winter.. and 5bolt conversion... soon as i get solved how to do it without M3 parts(so expensive).

Please tell me a few things. What size and offset are your wheels? What size are the tyres? also could you get me a measurement between the centre of the hub and the guard (front and rear).
Im just trying to work out a few things for my car and your car is the perfect example to help me! thanks

9x16" ET 15, in front there is a 3mm spacer to avoid rims hitting on the spring strut.
Rear is the same size without spacer.
                  Tyres 225/40/16 Toyo Proxes T1R.

Wheel arches are rolled to make some extra space.

Theres about 300mm from the hub to the highest point of the wheel arch at back, dont remember how much in front.

I've never really been a fan of tourings, but I must say yours has changed my mind.

                                Thought to update a little..
Touring has been in the garage all summer..
driven only 150km with it this season.

I dont have decent garage anymore where to build and update so it has been waiting in the "weather shelter"
