So it's safe to say 16x8 et20 wheels with 215's will fit a E30 on Ireland Engineering stage 3 springs??

Yes is it. 225/45 is correct size for 16x8 and at et20 only needs a roll in the rear I believe. With 215/45 you should not need a roll.

I have xxr's which are cheaper then those.

If I were you I would double check to make sure 215 is the size you want and will fit how you want.

Well I have seen the size run but I'm just making sure. I believe it should be okay.
