New update.......this happened today, lady ran a red light in kprea town, shits totalled.now I have ZERO cars........FML..walked away though, them Maxima's hold up pretty damn GOOD!!! Now I have to talk to her state farm, bitch said it was my fault! she got out immediately after and took a pic of my pklate! Iwas still in the fucking car!!! So I may have to get a lawyer.....A nice old Mexican lady did get out and said "mijo, mijo,mijo" and yelled at the lady! ahah So I got her info. We shall see how it goes!

Any advice or help on my claim? such as how to settle or seek more on medical bills? I know its gonna just linger. I talked to my insurance compaeny and she said California states you have to have your own insurance for medical and the other party is no longer liable due to fraudulent claims.
