If you really want something different, go S38 or S62. S14 will be underpowered and cost ridiculous amounts. If you want and awesome and expensive lightweight engine with some power get an S42B20.

Well I already hate verts, so that's -1, then putting an s14 into a vert is -2, then thinking e36 m3 is hot shit is -3, then liking jettas is -4, and the combination of those things makes like a -1209871982437 in my brain.

hahahaha yeah verts are a hit or miss with most people. I just like the 4cyl idea. As far as my e36... i'll be the first to say its a slow turd lol. and the jetta... well i got it as a daily and it ended up becoming a fun car to drive so...
