I dunno, I kinda like the E30 front end without a bumper. ;)

not bad looking though. I'm sure somebody will tell you "flat black", but you can't wax flat black paint, which is key to keeping the 'weaves clean. trust me :P

word-up...the un-polishability of the flat back pushed me to the gloss black. u gotta see it in the sun, it looks straight up mean. yah i like the front end without the bumper too...im thinkin of making a panel that goes across the front where the bumper would go, but without stickin out at all.

You know, I was thinking of doing the same thing...I've got euro bumpers and always wondered what it would look like with shaved bumpers...kind of a 2002 look to it, you know? Anyone able to photochop something? Especially the rear...

i have the center caps also, with the outside donut shaped part powder coated black, but the center is still silver. any suggestions as to what color i should paint the center nut? my brake calipers are gonna be red.

I think it looks great. You just can never put tire gloss on the tires again. You have to leave them with the matte look like they have now.
