I see, so if the engine/tranny was left then I guess no more 333i unless someone picked up and we'll see a new member with a 3.3L block

when i seen it the thing was gutted the fuck out! only thing left on the car was suspension, diff, brakes,HVAC,cut up body harness,i few little shiny brackets. and like i said the motor was out on a rack with transmission, but a busted oil pan and a missing intake manifold. i was thinking about buying it too. my cousin, uncle and i were checking it out.

its funny you can kinda see the bolt is still there from when i stuck into the rear hub to keep it from moving while i took off the bolts for the drive shaft,

holy shit! .... as i was looking at the picks of the car on the first page i thought to my self this looks a lot like a car i've seen at a local junk yard! and the pic someone else posted is the car i seen. this has to be it! car is a 84 318 with front right frame damage the engine was pulled out and siting on a rack with no intake mani and a broken oil pan. i bought the drive shaft out of it just about the only new part still on the car. the front end wire loom was all redone new connectors etc and i believe it was an open diff too.
