learning to drive the car past the limit is part of the experience. I thought these were the ultimate driving machines???

I'd rather do something stupid in a controlled environment and wreck my car there without hurting anyone except myself than to drive reckless and hurt somebody.

I would've laughed at you, but I got a headache trying to watch what looked like porn where the vibrator was attached to the lens. Want my dead used shocks? They've got to be better than what you've got.

Seriously, PLEASE spend your next money on some shocks and sway links.

Nice squeal! What was your damping setting? What else are you running? Such as tires, springs, camber adjustments? It didn't seem like you hit "your cars limit", but rather something in your setup was off. It looked like too much tire grip and/or stiff springs and no damping rebound. Good luck learning, hang on to your balls.

BTW if you wanna learn more about drifting check out www.club4ag.com, lurk before you post, those guys can be brutal.

I really only went out there to have fun, not really a big drifter.

The car is all stock in terms of suspension, essentially. The factory setup tends to understeer a lot, even with better tires in the front it still liked to plow. The factory shocks are very soft and tend to have little dampening. They're soft factory replacements that are pretty worn, so that never helps. Funny enough, the rear probably are in better shape than the front, but that didn't help with the understeer very much.
