Loving that Alpina knob (and that radio - I have the same one thanks to you).
The BMW motorsport valve cover... not audiquattrot worthy imho but that's just me :-)
found a 101k mile 88 IX coupe Lachs/Cardinal. 'nuf said I suppose :-) floor pans are intact, usual fender and battery tray BS. also quarter panel needs replacement. But it's gonna be amazing when done I hope.
the alpine 91 coupe has about 127k on it and really does look and show well. will be putting it up for sale soon. probably done buying E30s after this.Leave a comment:

Alpina knob installed (LOVE the feel of it).
Finally caved and brought the car to my Audi shop to remove the stripped exhaust manifold bolts which he chiseled off & removed the STUBBORN as hell auxilary fan philips head screws. My mechanic welded a nut to it and was able to use a socket to remove. Ingenius imo....Painted the manifolds while they were out too
Also had him replace the hard line/rubber hose A/C line that busted on me over the summer since he was already in there.

lol u mean an Alpina front valence? Nah i don't think so. I always have been on the fence about putting a trunk spoiler on, but the one i would want is a BBS one that is next to impossible to find.
thanks bud! wtf??? what happened with the white one? Didn't you buy all body panel replacements? Straight up hoarding now!Leave a comment:

Rear pad was down to the metal which I found odd, since all the other pads still had a lot of meat left. Removed the rear rotor last night, and noticed one of the screws holding the rear brake shoe came off, and got lodged in the rear rotor....which caused the premature pad wear.
Ordered new Meyle rotors, EBC red stuff pads, & G2 silver caliper paint to clean up the rotors.
got new snow tires for this season....trying out the Continentals this time.
Also snapped some pics at a NYC self-park garage I always park at. Rare 190 Cosworth Evo 2, a 2002 & a ton of other gems in that garage including an orange M1.
