Lol seriously man. I trust my e30 way more than the e46....hence why I drive the Ix as much as I do :)

Thanks Navid for the help w the e36 window switches. Love the look and feel of the way the windows go up/ down now.

Had my local machine shop cut and weld in jute's driveshaft insert. A little machining needed to be done to get it to slip into the donor shaft, but what a quality piece.

Also installed a new front differential gasket and bolts since the bolts seemed to fall out from underneath the car. Installed a new O2 sensor since I cross threaded it since the last install....creating an exhaust leak. Oh and found yet another tear on my driver side axle boot AGAIN!

Ran out of gas in my E46 M3 last night on my way home from work (Rte 78 in NJ)....was stuck in the middle lane, and hobbled the car to the shoulder. Car said I still had 60 miles to go, so my fuel float is inaccurate now. Had a buddy come rescue me, and while waiting my battery died too! FML. Luckily all we needed to do was push start it to get it going =)

Side note I saw your car at h20 I wish that I had time to talk to you about it in person there. Its Very clean build I like what you've done.

it was good for a yr or two, but recently one of the bolts back out, and smacked against the oil pan and cracked it.

In addition their plate pushed the entire shaft back further, so the shaft was grazing against the transmission. Had to grind back some of it so it wouldn't touch, but it still makes contact.

btw their customer service BLOWS! I've been trying to get replacement bolts from them for over a month and nothing.
