pretty sure the problem is you used a ghey dualmass flywheel and standard clutch.
almost positive that the 240mm clutch that suits that S50 flywheel won't fit in a G240 bellhousing. The PO of one of my M42's suitable took to the bellhousing with an angle grinder :/
That would have been acceptable if they'd gone the next step and welded reinforcing material around the outside, but they didn't....

weird. this one fits perfectly. its exactly the same size as my dual mass... now that i think of it this is an m20 flywheel that the po was going to use on his s50 so yea i am retardation.

haha was the disc backwards? i was going to mention the marks but anyhow. The clutch disc in my roady was also installed backwards by the PO. I removed the "worn" clutch to find about 50% of the material at that hub had been worn away. Would have made a little mess!
The flywheel goes in fine but when you are running a 240mm clutch setup the pressure plate contacts the bellhousing. I was going to use a G260 on my M42 to use the 240mm clutch setup I had.
There are plenty of HD 225mm clutches anyway so it should just be a case of pick your budget and clutch to match that. There are a heap of people using eBay things with success but they also seem to be a bit hit and miss in the success stakes. I would just go to your local preferred clutch shop (reputable) and pay for what ever they recommend.
The power we are talking isn't hard to manage, just a matter of decided how driveable you want it.

Check this site out they make good clutches for reasonable prices. http://www.clutchnet.com/
I used the 3 puck solid hub disc with a Centerforce pressure plate on my M10, held 360rwhp/333rwtq.
For your mickey mouse turbo I would suggest a 4 puck, it's less aggressive and will work with your pressure plate.Need a Turbo manifold? We have them in stock- Click here---> http://rapidspoolindustries.com/
