If anything, less air will be lost under the car at speed, and more directed into the radiator, for better cooling. We'll see what happens, it's just an experiment.

When have I ever bitched about the cost of parts or maintaining a car? And when did I ever say I was making the splitter to make my car faster? Most everyone I've told about it said it sounds like a cool idea. Most were probably people you wouldn't call ricers. I would possibly retreat to just making a simple lip splitter, one of the few mods I would probably do because it does look good, it adds some finishing to the bottom of front end spoilers.
