    i love the car its beautiful i would say paint it original because that would be really really cool and the original wheels if they arn't, and im totaly with the anit-bubble people, race the shit out of it and when it breaks down fix it. thats what its done all its life why stop?

        korman got the first two m3's sent to the states. if i'm correct the vin's should end in 2195000 and 2195001

              I talked to my guy yesterday when I ordered some more parts. The car was the number 28, the second of the US spec e30 m3's. Korman dumped the cars in 1994 when they were too old. Number one was totalled, but still lives in this car (doors, other misc parts).

              I'm not sure on the VIN's. My buddy is the parts manager at a dealership and he said they did research on he VIN's. The car was made 12 of 1986. The first Euro e30 M3's were made 9 of 1986.

              Bad ass car one way or another. Tons of history. Just pure bragging rights.

                  my euro M3 was the 300 and somethingth built. it was built in 11/86 and alot of the parts have a 85 stamped on them. On the M registry there is only one car with an earlier vin nr than mine. not that it makes it any more special, just a little older. always cool to have a little history info on a car. mine was owned by a bmw dealership in munich the first year of its life too.
