Finally rid of the white wheels when the old tires were toast. Doesn't look too bad for a 16 year old car in need of paint. Pics were taken in Montana in an awesome canyon.

I like silver Koseis. But you got a look going on. Spray paint sidemarkers black. And window chrome trim, and tiny spray turn signals, and black grill.......

shadowline is a must - i didn't even think of it... that would really complete the car.
Those look like 17's on the kosei's

They are 17" kosei's and it is a CF hood. I plan on doing the shadowline when I pull off the rest of the trim to paint it. The darkness of the paint suprised me but it is growing on me.

....why don't you tell them how you had a hard time keeping up with a lowly MK2 GTI in that very canyon.....

next time, lets get some nice rolling shots further down in the canyon. some very nice curves that we can take advantage of.....

Nando - The motor runs and it pulls rather hard, specially for having a 3.23 rear end.

lamsv - I think next time we need to hit up Beartooth pass or whatever it was called that was still closed.

I looked on the can and it doesn't specify a color, it was Duplicolor wheel paint and that darker silver was the only color they had.
