Great job on the install.
N2 this interior almost did not come to fruition. I had ordered the materials from my supplier UK along with other fabrics and leathers. It took 2 months to get to me but I only received a 1/10th of my order, 1 yard of Evo cloth and 6 yards of Houndstooth. After looking around some more with no luck I contacted my supplier in Germany and he located the cloth. It took another 2 months to get to me by the time it was shipped from the UK then to my German supplier then to me.

Thanks I have done several hundred E30 kits alone over the years so I have become pretty good at sewing them up.

That looks awesome I just put a deposit on a plaid interior myself with kevin last week. I love what you did with it. The only constructive criticism I could offer would be to ditch those star trek rear speaker grilles. It just kills the interior for me. This makes me really anxious to get mine

the seats look awesome!!!! But things like the dirty carpet, faded dash and center console, accordion ebrake handle, and rear speakers kill it for me. Other than that though, i'm extremely jealous. Beautiful car, man.

Still a work in progress. Dash will be replaced soon because of 1 crack, although it's not faded, just over exposure in the picture. I decided to keep the accordion ebrake even though Kevin offered to make me a plaid one. I think it would have been a little too much and detract from the stock look I was going for. I did put in a new black shift boot with the gray stitching that matches the bolsters (not shown). New floor mats have been ordered. Speaker grills came with the speakers so I'm not sure how to even replace them. (I didn't have stock grills prior). They don't bother me, although I agree, it looks a tad ricey.
Leaning towards Alpinas for rims, but I'll have to get in line for those.
