Dude tell me about it, I saw the thread and was like "lawl that's my name" then I saw "my friends name is Steve". Then I was like ":O this is odd".

"Sparkles" - PA roads are one of the worst in the US, if I remember right, PA was #1 worst, then louisiana took it last year or this year. I drive around daily in my lowered e30 with 24v. Hit my oil pan a few times, few fins are missing. Are you going to GFEST?

Ryan, yes he would happen to be named Steve. He saved my ass twice today. My fuel pump starting burnt up and flooring it zach would only so 35 miles an hour to 5, and then idled. Had to call him on short notice and I made it idling for 30 minutes to his house Lmao. He replaced the fuel pump, then the line exploded, replaced that. Then I left and was going past the gas station and the line in the front exploded and I leaked gas. Steve came down an replaced that. I lost 35$ work of gas today, which sucked. The gas station/shop I bought it from replaced them all with shitty cheap fuel lines. Luckily o don't have to listen to the high pitched whining anymore. No more exploded lines either. I passed a house earlier while I was idling to Steve's and they had a zinno e30 in the driveway. I was so tempted to stop and ask for help lol.

The best part was when my line exploded in the front the car next to me was beeping and waving and had an old lady on oxygen in the passengers seat. All the people were pointing and waving and I was like "yeahh this car was hot shit in your day" all proud and smiling and shit. Then they told me to pull over and told me I'm trailing gas. The lady on oxygen was freakin out. Shit was hilarious now that I look back.

Dream, yeah I can't believe how many potholes and uneven the roads are herem. Florida is like a race track all over. If my car is finished in time I do plan on going to gfest. I would love to see everyone's e30s and just be able to admire the work and individuality in all of them.

Geese this post took forever, this was a lot for being on a Droid.

Haha either way OP, the car looks great. Looks and sounds like you're doing things the right way and really trying to learn what you're doing.

Thanks i appreciate it. I changed my first spark plug and it was such a rush, I loved getting the motor grease and dirt on my hands and loved having a socket wrench in my hand. I want to learn everything i can. Cars are absolutely fascinating to me.

Um trying to get some pics of some titties is not in the same league as highschool bickering.

Yeah the peeps driving next to me thought I was going to "blow up." I guess after today I probably should carry an extinguisher as a precaution. Never really thought or worried about catching fire lol

Making some nice leaps and bounds! Seems you are heading in the right path.

And if you want like I mentioned before, stop by the shop when you have the 5 speed swap parts and I'll get it swapped while you learn along the way. Could do the 5 speed and suspension in one day.

All in all, good job and keep up the good work!

Alright man, thanks for the help, that's really generous of you. I think it will definitely be a summer project after everything else is taken care of. It will happen though, I'm so eager to gain the HP and learn a whole new way to drive.

So here I am sitting with two new burst fuel lines on the side of the road. The shop I bought it from put the cheapest fucking fuel lines I've ever seen in my life in this car. Two went the other day after the fuel pump and two more just went. Pulled out the back seat and made sure nothing was leaking from the fuel pump. Opened the hood and found one near the washer fluid tank, laid on the road and found another on the drivers side under the car. Then some douchebag pulls up in a ricer suv with rims all red neck and starts asking questions and if I need help. I tell him no, so he offers to sit and chat and I told him no that's A okay I got someone coming with a jack and another few line. He blasts some sort of rap and peels out on gravel revving his ricer suv hard and fast all the way down the road with his hazard lights on. Today is going to be a drag. I just wanted to get some groceries for dinner man.
