                    Euro bumpers came on every early model outside the US, after 1988 (91ish on convertibles) the cars were face lifted and fitted with plastic bumpers.

                                IMHO those wheels would work better on a late model... Or Mini- heck, even that Smart car =\ Maybe if they were another color? Vert looks too sick though, that Appina valance fits it perfectly!
